These ubiquitous beads are loved by many, here's what you need to make some of your own (links are examples):
10-32 brass cap nuts - 2 pairs

#31 o-rings (optional) - 2 pairs
Supplies:

#31 o-rings (optional) - 2 pairs
Instructions:
Just string it all up 2 nuts per side, an o-ring on each nut.
Optionally secure the beads on each side using super glue, etc
